The conference will be held at the Hotel Pallini Beach in Chalkidiki (Greece), Sep 20 (day of arrival)-25 (day of departure), 2008. This idyllic resort is located on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. The recently refurbished hotel has its own beach and is surrounded by lush green gardens.

Participants book their accommodation directly with the hotel Pallini Beach.
Please go through the following steps to complete the online reservation:

2. Choose BOOK ONLINE NOW
3. Select PALLINI BEACH Hotel
4. Specify the duration of your stay and type in the Access Code CONFAPHASIA1
5. Select the desired type of room (Single, Double, Triple room or Bungalow garden view)
6. A list with the total amount will be shown
7. Provide your credit card information
8. Print out a voucher

The local organization will arrange bus transport from the airport in Thessaloniki to Chalkdiki and back. If you would like to make use of this bus transport please send an an e-mail to Vasiliki Koukoulioti or Stavroula Stavrakaki mentioning the time of arrival and departure (»vasiliki.koukoulioti@gmail.com« or »svoula@auth.gr«). Please be aware that this transport is not included in the conference fee: the trip has to be paid to the bus driver directly.

UPDATE BUS TRANSFER
There will be three bus services from the airport in Thessaloniki to the hotel:
First bus: leaves at 14.25 pm
Second bus: leaves at 16.40 pm
Third and last bus: leaves at 20.35 pm
People who arrive later must organize their trip to the hotel themselves, e.g. by sharing a taxi. For any help and suggestions on this matter, please contact the local organization.

Macedonia Airport to Pallini Hotel, Chalkidiki (Kalithea area)
- You get a taxi from the airport to the bus terminal (KTEL CHALKIDIKI); approximately 15 – 20 minutes; prices by taximeter + baggages + airport tariff – price: around 10-15 EUR
- From “Chalkidiki” bus terminal to “Pallini” Hotel: you get a bus with “Kriopigi” direction, you get off at the bus stop ‘Pallini’ in front of “Pallini” Hotel; approximately 1 – 1,30 hours; price: 9,50 EUR.

05:45, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:30, 12:00, 13:30, 14:15, 15:15,
from 16:00 until 21:00 every one hour. The last bus is at 21:00
